FORM VS FUNCTION

The product I wished I had never bought is my phone I bought it about four and half years ago when it was new into the shops. But I wished I had never bought it because it was expensive and its function isn’t very good because the buttons are close together and when you click a button it clicks the button you were meaning to click and the one next to it. It is really annoying when you are trying to text and it keeps clicking the wrong button. For a simple 10 word text would take me less than a minute to text with a normal phone but with mine it takes about twice that. The phone was really good first of all but after about a week I found its flaw and it was the buttons. Its form is nice it looks good and it is light weight. The selling point of the phone was really the form but when it came down to the function it was kind of useless. The phone can do some functions well but others not very. An example is that it can make a call well with all the speaker and microphone in the correct positions but on the other hand it cannot be used to text well unless you have small fingers, anybody else with larger hands won’t be able to text well because of the buttons. I wouldn’t recommend my phone to a person who texts a lot because it will take a long time.
